I'm Katie Rich and the deputy editor of Vanity Fair. And I'm here with our chief critic Richard Lawson.

And returning to join us is our film critic,

Cam Collins.

Hi, everybody.

Cam, thank you for jumping back in.

We've been deep in Emmys for for a while so it's good to be

back and talking about movies and to be able to bring you back into the fold.

Even though we're not talking about movies that are actually out now we're mostly

going to talk about trailers so thanks for joining. It's like how actors talk about you know my first love is

theater. Our first love is movies. I mean the fact that we're like devoting half a show

two trailers like really says something about how we're just like just get us to September please and back to movies.

We are going to talk about a movie at the back half the show. We're going to talk about Mama Mia,

here we go again. And then Richard's going to talk to Old Parker, who's the director.

First, we wanted to, as a kind of promise last week,

we wanted to catch up on this huge glut of trailers

that's been dropping lately, like all for prestige,

fall movies, like all the kind of thing that gets the film people we follow on Twitter, excited, I'm sure.

So we're just going to run down a bunch of those and we're going to start by hearing a little bit of the first one on the list, which is Mary Queen of Scots.

I know your heart has more within it than the men who counsel you.
