Okay, listen, I was going to ask you the same thing. I was going to be really cheeky and be like, so harmony, how are you feeling today? And then you beat me to the punch. Oh, well, you snooze, you lose. I mean, it's very early. Yeah, like that's how you're feeling, right? You're sleepy? I'm sleepy. Well, I've got tea, and I'm rare and go, and my mug sort of got stuck to the table for a second there. The best part is that you literally have tea, because the second you're like, well, I have tea, I was like, oh, are we starting with today's episode with gossip? Oh, no. I'm not that kind of gay. No, no, you're not. I genuinely don't use the word T in that context like ever.

But I am feeling very excited about today's episode.

I am feeling a little nervous about today's episode because I cried last week talking about

pneumonia. I'm probably going to cry this week talking about Inside Out. Well, you don't

cry next week because we already have recorded that episode, so you're good. That's true.
