Summary

Joe Apfelbaum was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and his mom was the most influential person to him growing up. He enjoyed math and science in school and after high school he attended school and became a Rabbi. He then decided to start a number of small businesses. After he and his wife had kids he overheard his breathing on a video of the kids playing next to him on the couch and he realized that he needed to lose weight. After losing 100 pounds he decided to write a book about his experience. Five books later here we are!
