through the link in the show notes to this episode. All right. So today we're talking about the spiritual, powerful, and life-changing practice of

reaching for a higher truth. This is a practice I teach in many of my programs and courses, and I have taught this to many of my one-on-one clients and students, because it is so potent and it can cut through so much of the inner and outer noise that we sometimes get bogged down in as humans. So previously on this

podcast, I've talked about the lies and the illusions that we sometimes buy into as humans. Well,

actually, we often buy into these illusions as humans. So these are the lies and

the illusions of the 3D human dimension, which are also sometimes the illusions that we inherit

through our family lineage, ancestral lineage, and also through the collective consciousness

of this particular planet, of the society and the culture and the communities that we grow up in.

I recently put out an episode on moving beyond the paradigm of not good enough,

and this is perhaps the biggest illusion that we buy into as humans. So this false belief that

we're not good enough, that there isn't enough to go around, that abundance, money, love,

goodness are limited, that if someone else manifests abundance in their life, that there is

less for us to manifest. And sometimes we believe the opposite,

that if we are manifesting beautiful, abundant things in our lives,
