Summary

As humans, it's almost impossible for us not to feel emotions like anger, fear, resentment, frustration, and disappointment in certain situations. These are low frequency emotions because they emit and attract lower vibrations than emotions like love, excitement, and joy. In this episode, I talk about how you can deal with low frequency emotions when you feel them, particularly in relationships. I also discuss the concept of the emotional pain-body, how this pain-body becomes activated, and how you can work towards making your own pain-body less reactive.

I was going to call them negative emotions at first, but then I realized that actually these emotions are often our teachers or they are doorways into deeper healing if we know how to work with them.

And so I decided, I'm not going to call them negative emotions. I'm just going to call them

low frequency emotions. So they exist mostly at the level of ego. They are the emotions that can only

be experienced by the ego.

Because your higher self and your soul, which are much higher aspects of you,

they just have no conception of these types of emotions. Your higher self is forever at peace
