I'm Kim Kennedy, welcoming you to don't imbibe the Kool-Aid, and we're glad that you're with us.

We are excited to be a part of the America Out Loud Network, having a great time here.

And we are going to be welcoming Robert Williams to the program today.

He is a political activist in Philadelphia, and I had an opportunity to meet him at an event in 2025 in Philly and met some

very interesting people there from all walks of life and Robert has an interesting perspective

on what is happening politically in the city. We hear from a lot of talking heads and people who tell us what is

happening, but we're going to the original source today. And so without further ado, I'm going to

say good day to Robert. Robert, hi. Welcome to the program. Thank you for having me. Thank you for

having me. Appreciate the opportunity to educate and enlighten and

to share because that's how we all get better and get stronger. We agree with that. And I know you

listen to the news. I think you're a bit of a news junkie like I am based on my conversations with you.

And you must hear what some people have to say about politics in minority communities.

And when we talk about minorities, in Philadelphia, you have, you know, you've got a large

black population, Hispanic, you've got a lot of Brazilians have moved into the city.

You have a ton of East Europeans.

You've got a whole lot of people

that go under the title of minority. And I am interested in hearing about are the inner cities

affected by the MAGA revolution that's been taking place in our country? So let's start

with that. What would be your

response to that? Well, one thing that when we say the word minority has been obviously used

many, many years. That's funny. We look at things being integrated, but actually things are still

segregated because everybody kind of vives with their own communities.
