It has been a lousy couple of years for one of the leftist factions most deserving of a lousy couple of years.

No, not organized labor, institutional transgender activism. Great Britain, home to noted

critic of transgenderism, J.K. Rowling, who not long ago faced odds that appeared as impossible

as those of the Britons defending Rourke's drift in the 19th century, issued the cast report,

continues, and our colleague Parker Thayer went into the belly of the institutional beast to study it.

So where did you go and who did you look at?

This report focused on what's known as the World Professional Association of Transgender Health.

A lot of people might know it as W-Path.

And what W-Path essentially did years ago, they were formed with funding from one of the

governor of Illinois's relatives. Mr. Pritzker's has a, I believe a transgender cousin and who

also possesses a large amount of money.

That person funded the creation of W-Path and W-Path, then created what is known as the

standards of care.
