I can't believe it's already been two years since I first launched the show on June 9th, 2016.

It's been an amazing journey and one I couldn't have predicted when I wrote those first three episodes in the series Lost and Found.

Since then, the show has been downloaded over 7 million times.

That's really unbelievable.

I want to thank each and every one of you for listening, telling others about the show,

posting ratings and reviews, interacting with me on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram,

and just continuing to come along with me each week, as I have the privilege of sharing true crime stories with you.

There is so much more in store as we wrap up season two and launch season three.

Lots of extras, surprises, and new content coming your way. I can't wait to share it all with you.

While it's been so much fun, and I've enjoyed every minute of producing a weekly podcast these last two years, I'm not going to lie. I'm a bit

exhausted. To be honest, I don't ever really have a day off and vacations are pretty much

non-existent, except the traveling I've done for the podcast, which has been a blast.

But in order for me to keep this podcast at the quality level I want it to be,

and to be able to work on other projects that I've been planning,

extra content for listeners and more, I need a little bit of time to catch my breath and then get ahead of the workload a bit.

So to that end, I've decided to take a short break from producing the weekly podcast.

But don't worry, it truly is a short break.
