DAVID GOLDMAN has been a talent agent, talent manager, producer, and entertainment executive, and is the founder and CEO of the Comedy Time Network. A graduate of UCLA undergraduate and law schools, Goldman practiced briefly as a lawyer, before joining the mailroom at the William Morris Agency. there, he had a hand in the creation of the Beach Boys hit "Kokomo," put together the then-largest salary ever negotiated for a director, and represented an impressive client list including actors, directors, and musicians ranging from Will Smith to Billy Idol. He was promoted to the Vice President of the Motion Picture Department, and Head of the Motion Picture Directors Division, before leaving William Morris to join ICM. In 1999, he founded Power Entertainment, a leading management comany specializing in comedy; during his tenure as President and CEO, Power represented comedians including Eugene Levy, Martin Lawrence, Fred Armisen, Keenan Thompson, and Seth Meyers. He went on to found Comedy Time, a production company creating original content for AOL and Sprint, and negotiated distribution deals that brings Comedy Time content to many major digital platforms.
