It's really great for you to be here.

Can you just give us a quick overview of why you decided to write a book?

Huh. Well, I mean, really the employees have been wanting that for a long, long time and you know it just seemed like a lot of self-focused and so I was really not wanting to do it. There certainly wasn't time to do it.

You know, retail, I mean, gosh, you work,

you blur the distinction between work and play

and you wind up working seven or 80 hours a week.
