Wherever you get your podcasts. One of my favorite, perhaps my all-time favorite, Banged Up Abroad episode was Chris Parnell, 2009 it came out,

banged up in Indonesia. This guy went up against the gangs and got brutalized throughout.

So much so, he was laid out on the slab in the medical unit. They classified him as dead and he's, his spirit leaves his body and he looks down at the

table and comes back to life.

Never seen anything like it before.

By the time he gets out, he's missing an an eye he's got all kinds of injuries.

I've always wanted to interview someone who's been in prison in Indonesia.

So Giles has done five years in Indonesian prison. He's got a hard-hitting harrowing story.

He's going to tell us today. Since he got out he has faced challenges to get his life

back on track. some institutions, charities that should

have been helping him more quickly. The help wasn't forthcoming. So you're

going to hear at the very end how you can contact Giles, support him and give him some help.

But we like to start out in the middle of the action before we go back to the backstory.
