Indiana, from Southwest Russia, you have tales of the 2000-year-old synagogue?

Yes.

This is so exciting and so unusual.

It's the first of its kind.

Most synagogues date to the third century or later, after the destruction of the temple.

Here, one was found in Southwest Russia, near the sea of Azab and the Black Sea, where

it included, they found manores that found the building itself was 70 feet by 20 feet

in width.

They found a set of tablets, which were accurately dated to the first century.

It's the majority of the synagogues, I said, were origins in a later period, but this one

in Phanagolia, the synagogues there, it probably was destroyed in the sixth century when

the Maroting Barbarians came and laid waste to the city, but it has excited people inside

Russia and everywhere to find something intact that functions for perhaps five centuries

in this very remote area and the discoveries that things that were found, including carvings

and things which are reminiscent of stuff that is found in Jerusalem, will be the subject

of a great deal of study in the future.

Indiana, we go back to Jerusalem, Mount Zion, the excavations continue and now we've

discovered a mystery.
