This is CBS, I am the world. I'm John Bachelor. Texas in India. I'm joined by

Cleopascal of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracy, attending the

seventh India-US forum in New Delhi in these last hours.

And the highlight of the moment is that the forum was addressed by the governor of Texas.

Speaking at the seventh India U.S. forum in New Delhi,

the United States, Texas, Governor Gregob had said Texas and India share an independent

streak. The quote each of us sits in a critical location India with China and

Russia on their doorsteps and Texas as the nexus of the United States and Latin America.

The governor went on to talk about investment between the two entities, Texas and India.

I welcome Cleopascal to explain this surprising development.

I do have the news that Republic Day was on the 26th of January celebrated in India the forum underway but a

missing presence. The Prime Minister of India, Norengra Modi, very popular, very

powerful, on his way to another election, invited the President of the United States to attend Republic Day,

the President was not able to attend,

and so stepping in was the President of France,

Emmanuel Macron.
