I guess is when is a party, not a party? One for Sue Gray to solve. She hasn't caught up with

this yet. No, no. We're, but we don't seem to have a problem in defining when we're

You know, probably the most seismic shock of the whole campaign

was the phenomenon that was George Madgwick,

independent in Pauls Grove,

who took a very prominent stance

and seemed to energize a proportion of the electorate that traditionally didn't

vote. So turnout shot up in Pauls Grove. And it would be fair to say that George overturned a

very significant conservatively to become the latest Paulsgrove councillor and the
