What's up guys? Welcome back to build. Today I'm going to go on a little bit of a rant.

And it might make sense, it might not, but I want to talk about frustration tolerance.

So what is frustration tolerance? Right. Frustration tolerance is really your ability to tolerate

negative feelings, situations, thoughts. Okay? So it's how much of something

will we tolerate? Well, how does that, what does that mean? Right? What does that look like?

Well, if you feel anxious, if you feel stressed, if you feel angry, are you willing to let it be?

And I believe that those who have the most frustration tolerance

will not try and change the emotion, the situation or the thought,

but they will allow it to be and continue on with whatever thing is still making them frustrated, anxious, angry.

And so if you look at people who have the highest frustration tolerance,

they can do hard things, right?

They do hard things, and those things are hard

because they challenge you, whether it be physically, emotionally, intellectually, and they're

okay with the fact that it causes feelings of frustration and thoughts of doubt or whatever other

kind of things that come with it. And I was thinking about this because I was thinking about this last

few weeks. And if I sound out of breath, I'm on the treadmill. And I was thinking about the last few weeks

and how I have had to raise my frustration tolerance. And when I say frustration tolerance for myself,

it's actually, I would say more specifically, my ability to tolerate levels of stress, anxiety, thoughts of doubt,

insecurity, failure, doom, while on a path to achieving my dreams.

And listen, guys, if achieving our dreams were, didn't come without all those things, it

would be easy and everyone would do it.

The reason it's hard is not because of the doingness of it. It's the inner doingness. That is the
