Transformation is when who you are is no more determined by people's opinions or presence.

What this means is you have found a certain dimension of integrity within you, that who

you are is not swayed by what people say and do with regard to you.

This is a freedom that every young person should work for, that you must find that state

of integrity within yourself, that the world cannot move you this way or that way.

Then for sure you will reach your destination and your destination will naturally be inclusive

because integrity means inclusiveness, that what you do is not just about yourself, what

you do is always inclusive of everybody's well-being.

If this one thing you fix in your life that everything that you do includes the well-being

of all around you, then you have integrity.

Once you have found this integrity, other people's opinions and presence will make no difference

for you.

This is a freedom, every young person must earn and must have for a successful life.
