All right, everybody. I have the special honor of interviewing this next young lady. I think a lot of people grew up watching her on television, like in the house, South Central. You saw her in Tyrese's, you know, two music videos. And you also seen her fall from grace. And I've been wanting to speak with this young woman for a very long time. It's not many

celebrities that you pray for, but she was definitely one of the celebrities that I've prayed for,

and I'm just so excited to have her here on Kampai Radio's TKIF for the very first time. Please welcome

First of all, Maia, how are you feeling?

I'm feeling great. How are you feeling?

I'm doing great on this lovely, lovely day.

So you know, Maya, you know, a lot of people remember you from in the house, you know,

South Central and so many various other things that you've done in entertainment.

But then you kind of disappeared from the world and a lot of people saw, you know,

a lot of things on the internet and whatnot.

Where are you today?

I'm doing good. I'm picking up the pieces are you today? I'm doing good.

You know, my mother passed on, and I had to take away some lessons that I learned

from having a death in the family and having some time away from the industry,

you know, to regroup and just to self-reflect, you know.

You said, you pray for me, I heard those prayers. You know, God came into my life and really worked on me and, you know, changed me.

You know, my... A lot of people wondered what it was, you know, because there were a lot of rumors, you know, saying it was drugs,

and then other people were saying it was mental illness.
