Now his wife Miriam came home to find Alan on the floor in a pool of his own blood.

Because Alan had been shot in the back of his head, investigators believed that he had been taken by surprise, and this was an execution.

But who was Alan's killer and what was the motive?

Miriam had some financial issues in her past,
