| 1:26.4 | To eat whole um, wholesome, natural foods, um, that really nourish not only my body, |

| 1:40.7 | And I think, um, also incorporating some daily amount of exercise and maintaining that. |

| 1:52.7 | I don't think, I think for the longest time I was looking to lose weight, |
