we've been working with the charity Key for Life.

I've interviewed its founder Eva Hamilton, MBE, on this podcast and met Maya, my guest today at a mentoring workshop put on by the charity she found it.

I'm thrilled to say that Maya is SL Mann's resident male model having completed a three-day work taster here at Sherlock's

On the last day of his taster he he spent about an hour telling 30 Shilux employees his story.

I've talked before about how the path for a lot of guys like Mayor is predetermined and about

how important it is that they're given opportunities.

And so with that in mind, I wanted him to share his story on this podcast too.

I was just talking about how I should start this podcast and he said I know how you should start this

podcast you should start with the day that we first met for various reasons I was at a Key for Life workshop and May was sitting down at the table I thought

right I better start talking to someone because I'm a bit out on a limb here so I sat down and

May was sitting there with his head between his hands not looking very happy and I was like you're right?

Very stiffy. Staring out in the window.

Looking very cross so he sat down now I was like you're right?

And he's like that's a cool jacket.

He got cool style.

We kind of got on straight away.

And he lifted up his leg and he had a tag on.
