Our guest is Pippa Lamb, she is a bit of an anomaly in the venture capital world.

She is a partner at Sweet Capital and Early Stage Investment Fund set up by the founders of none other

than the mobile game Candy Crush and she's very much in the minority as a woman but more on that later

and regardless it hasn't stopped her from
