A manhunt in California. Fox News. I'm Jim Osman. Here's what's happening. They're looking for a suspect in a mass shooting at a banquet hall in Stockton.

Authorities are searching for whoever killed four people, including an eight-year-old and a nine-year-old during this mass shooting.

It happened at a banquet hall. That's about 50 miles south of Sacramento.

A 14 year old and a 21 year old were also killed and 11 others were injured.

Investigators believe this was a targeted attack at a large birthday party for a young child.

No arrests have been made and investigators have not released any details on a potential shooter.

They say there could be more than one involved.

Governor Gavin Newsom was briefed on this incident.

His office described the shooting as horrific.

New details are emerging about the Afghan man accused of gunning down two National Guard

members near the White House last week. The suspect may have been unraveling for years. The man has

been unable to hold down a job and cycle between isolation and sudden cross-country trips.

A community advocate even warned a refugee group that his behavior was declining and feared he might kill himself.

The advocate has been talking with the FBI.

American and Ukrainian officials met in Florida on Sunday to continue talks towards ending the war with Russia.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio tells reporters

the talks were productive, but they're awaiting more input from Russia. This is delicate,

it's complicated. There are a lot of moving parts, and obviously there's another party involved

here that they'll have to be a part of the equation, and that'll continue later this week

when Mr. Woodcock travels to Moscow.

The American-backed plan is being criticized due to allegations its terms are more favorable to Russia.
