I'm not sure if you can hear what I can hear, but in the background is the gentle lapping of the

Sen River against the banks of one of the islands in the middle of Paris.

I am going to take you for a walk along this island. I'm going to show you what I consider to be the best way to visit it.

I'm going to tell you some of the best things to do if you're walking here yourself.

I am standing on the Isles-Saint-Douille directly in front of the St. Regis restaurant, Saint-Régis in French. And if you

want to find, it's ST, R-R-E-G-I-S. That's the name of the restaurant. That's where you want to start

this walk if you want to put your trust to me and spend an hour wisely on this island.

What I'm going to do is I'm going to take you, this is an on the go episode, I'm going to take you from this restaurant,

back to this restaurant in what I consider to be the most efficient use of your time.

Don't get me wrong, I've explored all the streets here. I've walked every single

back street, side street, a little walkway along the river banks. But this is what I think you

shouldn't miss. Okay. Now, as we start the walk, you're going to face down the long street.

Behind you is Notre Dame. In fact, start with a quick look at Notre Dame on the bridge.

But you want to walk down this main street, which is called Rue Saint-Louis-Lille.
