Hi, Aggie, Shell, Laura, Aggie, Baba Cita.

So many fun names.

Okay, so today I'm going to be talking about exercise because I feel like when you look on social media we feel like everybody in the fitness

community just knows what they're doing and has it together and they're just

murak miraculous Jesus is not off to a good start. Just feels like everybody's in great shape and how

did they get there and it just feels a little overwhelming at times and so today I wanted to talk about my own

fitness journey because I was not in shape and yeah I just wanted to kind of tell that

story and answer some of your questions and just know that I'm not a specialist,

I'm not your doctor, my your trainer. I'm just telling my own story and experiences and hopefully it helps you.

promise. So back to the beginning.

I came out of the womb and I was ready to lift a barbell.

Just ready to go.

No, I was never in shape. I did not like working out. I did not like sports. I am not good at eye to ball to hand to foot coordination. I don't like running laps around a track. I did the 400

meter sprint and I was like, deuses, no thanks. So I was never a big athletic person.

I swim growing up, and then at one point,

I stopped swimming, and that was right when puberty hit.
