things like, you're not good enough. That's too risky, or people like you don't do things like

that. These whispers might seem like wisdom or protection, but they're actually limiting beliefs,

invisible barriers that keep you from reaching your full potential. The good news is that once you learn to identify these beliefs, you can begin to transform them.

By the end of this episode, you'll understand how to recognize limiting beliefs in your own thinking,

Limiting beliefs are assumptions about yourself,

others, or the world that constrain your choices and actions. They often sound reasonable and

protective, which is why they can be so hard to spot. They might sound like I'm not creative,

I'm too old to start something new, or I don't have what it takes to succeed.

but they're actually just thoughts that have become habits.

The first step in overcoming limiting beliefs is learning to identify them.

Pay attention to the language you use when talking about your goals and dreams.
