I think a former attorney general in the state of Idaho working on the appellate side of death

penalty cases. He did that in the early

1980s through 90s. So welcome to everybody. Now, we all know that Brian Koberger, the accused

killer of the four innocent university of Idaho students, has now agreed to plead guilty to all charges. I misunderstood this myself.

I thought that there was going to be some sort of hearing to decide on the actual hearing.

But tomorrow, this is the hearing on this plea deal. And we are going to hear, presumably,

and stranger things have happened. But we are supposed to hear presumably and stranger things have happened but we are supposed to hear Brian Koberger admit to guilt on four different occasions tomorrow. Jim Jones, you've been

around for more years than the rest of us on the panel. That's not to rub it in. That's because

you're a wise legal mind.
