suing over? Well, the family of Ethan Chapin and Madison Mogan are suing to prevent the court

to release any more of those crime scene photos.

Many of you sitting out there in YouTube land may say, well, they were sort of redacted.

But if one of those children in this picture here, in this thumbnail thumbnail was yours, would you want any type of

picture being released to the public? And we all know what must be weighed here is the right of the

public to know and the right of the victims and the victims families not to be constantly reminded

of what happened on that fateful early morning of November 13th, 2022. So the families of

Ethan Chapin and Madison Mogan have decided to sue to prevent any more photographs,

any more crime scene pictures from being released.

And the common reason why these photos have been released is something called,

used to be called FOIL.

Now it's called FOIA, Freedom of Information

Law or Freedom of Information Act, and most of the time, it's broadcast facilities and journalists

who file these Freedom of Information Act requests to have information that the state, the government,
