for mental health professionals.

64% of people experience feelings of anxiety

or depression during the holidays.

Yeah, it turns out the holiday season

is the worst time for anxiety and depression,

which makes sense.

Because think about it.

You see your whole family, and they're either not doing well

or they're all doing better than you, either way, it sucks.
