It was, you know, would pretty good, I think.

Yeah, yeah.

Just back to, you know, back to the grind this week.

Back up at 5.30 a.m. every day working out again.

So today I did myself a little bit of a disservice because we went last night.

Since we don't have a show on Monday, Monday is the only day I do the evening workout.

And then the rest of the

week is the early morning workouts, but I got myself all amped up last night after working out

and then accidentally drank a can of diet Dr. Pepper as well. And so I couldn't fall asleep

until like one in the morning and got up at 530, worked out, went to work, and then doing this. So just going to be a long

day, but I'm here for the long haul. Like you said, first show since I think the Festivus show.

It is. It is. Two weeks ago today was Festivus actually. Yeah. Yeah. So, um, looking, looking, looking up. The, the weather is better. All the snow is melting. It's going to be in like the 50s, the next couple weeks. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't need your weather forecast. Looking forward to that. Got enough, got enough of the weather. It's going to be up. It's going to be down. It's January in the Midwest. You go like fill in the blank what it's going to look like on any given day.
