But before we get to the mailbag, and I'm sure that some of the questions will be concerning the college football playoff rankings that

came out last night, Jesse, and I'm sure you were glued to your television at 7 o'clock

Eastern last night as they revealed the, I think it's week 15, I think technically,

rankings. What were your thoughts? Just, I think it's week 15, I think technically, rankings.

What were your thoughts?

Just, I'm going to give you the floor, sir.

You go whichever direction that you want to go with this,

whether it's Notre Dame related, whether it's whatever, man.

What did you think about the rankings that came out yesterday following

the end of the regular season well Vince I appreciate this monologue on a welcome behind

Wednesday evening um cold here about six inches of snow on the grounds yeah yeah but you know we got you know, we got after today. We got it done. Well, you were here over the weekend, so not to derail you, but I believe we got more than six inches. So I'm guessing. Yeah, I left Saturday morning before all of it came. I hit a very timely exit and said, you know what? I'm getting out of here. I'm not dealing with any of this snow. We already had snow in the ground in Cleveland when I got back. So I just, I tried to say, I don't like driving in the snow. That's fair. I have blown two tires on that 80-90 toll road in the snow before, in the winter. I don't like it.

Got to change the tire. I remember one time I cut my hand because it was so cold outside. I'm out there trying to change a tire. That sounds awful. I have too much trauma. I was like, you know what? I'm getting out of here. So yeah, but the bigger question at hand is the playoffs last night. So I don't want to get up here and to my own horn,

but I floated the idea yesterday that I thought Alabama was going to jump Notre Dame.

I don't agree with it, but I think the committee landlocks themselves into having to make that decision because Alabama is in the playoff no matter what, no matter if they win or lose

the SEC championship, them going in front of Notre Dame guaranteed that. And they had to do that
