Just as Thanksgiving is starting here in our area, in South Bend, the Michiana area.

The cold wind has been blowing stuff in all day.

And as I was driving in, just a little bit ago, to the station here at Sports Radio,

WSBT, the snow was coming down, little flurries all around. And I don't think it's

quite as cold out in Las Vegas. Notre Dame men's basketball was very cold in the first half.

They were down by at least 20. 22. I saw. 22 is what it was. And Jesse and I, Jesse got into

town last night for Thanksgiving. and he was doing some work

from my house this morning and taking a break and we were watching the first half of of the

Notre Dame men against Houston. It was like, what is going on here? And he kept kind of like screaming,

why is Marcus Burton not involved in the offense? And they were, as you said,

down by 22. But I just checked in and they pulled within four. They're only down by six right now,

and there's still 10 minutes to go in the game. So things are looking up. And lo and behold,

Marcus Burton has 14 points. Go figure. He's part of the offense and

they're back in the game. Well, he is the offense, but the new kid, Harrelson, is doing some work

here as well. They finally have two guys that are willing to take the ball to the rim, which

well, and that was part of the problem early in the game. I don't know how much you've been watching, but early in the game, they were not taking the ball to the rim. And they were settling for a, you know, a lot of three pointers, a lot of long jump shots. And it was not working. Right. And then right as I was leaving, Jesse was like, they're, they're taking it to the rim and they're scoring now. And so I think that that's what you've got.

So, yeah.

It's actually fun to watch, you know, this team when they want to play, you know,

it's fun to watch.

Like I said, they're down six with the basketball.

So, you know, we'll see how this thing goes.
