but we had a great episode last week with Joy Vato. One of the things we said last week

was that we wanted to talk a little golf. Hey, I had so many people reach out to me about that

episode. Like, my friends who don't listen, like, they were like, you know, I actually listened to

this last episode. That was incredible. I mean, I was talking about it today because I did

MLB radio and I was like, we could, we legitimately could have talked to Vato for five hours. Like,

I could have talked to him for five hours about heading and just kept asking him questions.

I think it was cool, like the two hitters or two bigger hitters, like him and Donaldson,

who we had on, they were so into it. You know, I think it's pretty cool, especially at their age

where they could be like, ah, you know, just see ball hit ball do this, do that. But they went into

such detail, like even Dakota text me is like, this is this is actually a different language right

now. I saw a friend of the pod, Donaldson at at this golf event that I was at and we were talking.

And he is, he is excited for this year. He's been, he's been doing some biomechanic stuff,

looking to swing doing some work. He's like fired fired up. Donaldson? Yeah.
