Hey now folks, it's good to be back in proper Los Angeles. I was up north this weekend.

Thanks to the great people of Fresno and Bakersfield. That's real America out there. That's

some flag wave and sitting on the porch drinking lemonade kind of country. And it's only two hours away.

Well, Fresno is four hours away and Bakersfield's two hours away. So I got in my car. I felt like a

Boston comic again. I felt like I was just starting out getting in the car, driving to a gig. It's not

like the gigs weren't necessarily comedy clubs. One was more of a rock club and the other one was

more of like a almost like a banquet hall in Fresno for some veterans. Great fucking crowd. I'm not

I'm not kidding you man. These fucking give me some more shows for vets. They come out to laugh.

And you can shit on them. I mean, it was it was so much fun. And I didn't know how it was

going to be. You know, it was a little chaotic. And and I felt bad because they these were like

genuine like vets and like like during my show, I was like, okay, after the show, I'm going to be

selling my pins. I got my tour pins with me. And and I'll be selling for 10 bucks after the show

and pick one up, take it home. Yeah. And then I finished my set and this guy gets up on stage.

And he's like a lieutenant general colonel private, whatever the fuck. I don't know ranks. But he's

some kind of big wig. And he starts handing out these coins. I forget what they call them, but

they're they're given to people like he said, first anybody here done one tour tour duty. They

come up two tours of duty. Got all the way up to some guy had done seven tours of duty. And he's

giving them these fucking these coins. And people are giving them standing ovation and tears. And

it's meaningful. And then they finished that. And as they're streaming out, I'm standing there

at my little fucking cocktail table filled with pins guy. You want to give me $10 from one of my

pins now? You heroes. They're fucking heroes. Stream and past me. People that put their lives on

the line for this country that leave behind babies for a year or two years, three years. They
