All right. How is everybody? Just wanted to come on quickly and talk about my experience at

working at Bad Boy Records, probably around 1999 or 2000.

And in those days, a young woman could make a few pennies

working as a temporary secretary or administrative assistant.

And that's exactly how I was hired and sent to the Sony building in Manhattan,

which is a real big, impressive building. I get up to the top floor. And no one seems to know

who I'm supposed to report to, what I'm supposed to do.

It's probably one of the more bizarre things that's ever happened to me.

So I just sit down.

I'd really perfected the art of faking it until I made it.

So I sat down at the empty desk and it was facing a wall and beyond the wall

were the executives offices. And the office was really, really quiet and no one seemed to know the

password for the secretary that I was filling in for.

And there weren't any instructions. So I was locked out of the email system and I was locked out of the internet,

which was pretty difficult for a temp back in those days.

So I just sat and waited for the phone to ring.
