Hey everybody, welcome to the Weekly Wisdom.

It's a pleasure and an honor to have you here.

I got so many wonderful comments from last week's video when I started out with no enthusiasm, no excitement.

So many people were like, oh my God, I thought something was wrong I thought somebody died but that's how people feel when you walk around saying you know I'd really like a better life I'd really like to have a better relationship. I'd like to lose. No, no, find that inner power, find that that

persistence, find that want, find that drive and just let it pour out of you.

So today, you know, it's funny, I'm looking at my book,

totally fulfilled.

This was my first book.

I wrote this about 10 years ago.

First New York Times Best Seller, hit the New York Times Best Seller list

in a couple weeks after being out.

You know, I read it now and there's so much incredible wisdom in this book, but also we

evolved, right?

If we're not climbing or sliding, but man, so many simple truths in here and I know this has helped

transform the lot, transform the lives of so many people. It's really a great book and

I'm just going through it today and I'm looking on page one 23 and it says let go with your fear and it's got some great pieces

I have a story about my grandmother in here but one thing that really helps fear and this is I'm going to make this

weekly wisdom really short because I have an exercise for you.

This week I want you to spend the whole week thinking about three things in your life that

when you're going through them they were the most scary

fearful things you ever experienced you thought you'd be broke when you came out
