Well, I have something on my heart tonight.

You know, he's been teaching about the gifts on Friday night, and I'm not going to.

I'm going to let him do that.

So I'm going to teach on something else, but we'll have fun anyway.

How about that?

So, you know, he does such a good job with that kind of stuff. He is a teacher's

teacher to me, you know, and I'm just not. And I don't kid myself about it. I don't pretend about it.

And so I just do what the Lord gives me, and I let him do his thing. And I, you know, so there we are.

So I had it on my heart um the title for tonight is i want to stop

and some of you may not know what that means and some of you may just in your spirit picked it up

immediately but it's the end of the year.

And so many people have things, I don't like to do it.

I don't know that I've ever really done it because I've never been able to stick to it.

And then you always feel condemned immediately afterwards.

The new year comes around and you do something that's called a New Year's resolution.

And the next week or two weeks later, you go around and you're condemned.

How many of you've ever done that?

98% of the people in the room.

You go around and you're condemned for the whole rest of the year because you didn't do your New Year's resolution.

Now, I'm not going to have you raise your hand, but I bet you that most of you that made a New Year's resolution last year didn't make it this year.

Because that's the way the flesh is. And New Year's resolutions ain't make it this year. Because that's the way the flesh is.

And New Year's resolutions ain't making commitments to God.
