Old me versus new me is just completely different. I feel like I'm a completely different person. The way that I respond to life

rather than react is truly incredible. I used to be very anxious and that anxiety would bubble up

in anger. I would lash out on others and myself, those close to me, especially like my parents and my

boyfriend. And now I just feel so

different. I don't have the same emotional highs and lows that I used to. And I've been on this

mental health and spiritual journey for about four or five years now. And it's completely changed

my life. But what happens is when you begin to learn all these things, they don't become

embodied right away. And that is very normal. That is very okay. We're going to give ourselves

grace in the situation. In fact, that is the first thing that I have on this list is giving

ourselves grace because you learn and then you realize and then you embody and it's okay if that takes a couple years
