1:10.0	want to I'm more interested in knowing you know what what you're doing in the field that you're so passionate about the missing indigenous women.

1:24.7	This Sunday is going to be our sixth outside his house. So yeah, so I've been a
1:31.9	missing and murdered indigenous people advocate since 2017.
1:35.5	My best friend was murdered in 2017.
1:38.7	Her murderer was sentenced to prison and then another one of my best friends was murdered in
1:43.7	2020. So her murderer was sentenced just last year. So after they were both
1:50.0	sentenced I was like I don't know what to do with all of this knowledge that I've gained through those trials and through their you know learning about the legal system here in Alaska so I started advocating for other families in Alaska and I think I've advocated for upwards of 50 families now just
