beth and I have been best friends since preschool we suffered through school together

and eventually went to the same university for our undergrad beth had it worse in high

school being overweight and a drama geek alison was a mean girl and mean she was to Beth. Beth and I both moved back to our hometown at different times. Beth became an elementary school teacher and I went on to grad school.

I started teaching at a local community college when I moved back. Allison married a soldier right

out of high school and had two children with him. He was unalived in action while she was pregnant

with their youngest. She moved back to our hometown and got a job at Starbucks. She's also working on getting

an AA from a different community college, so an associates. One morning, on my way to work, I happened

to go to Allison Starbucks. I wasn't thrilled to see her to say the least. She pulled me aside

after I ordered and apologized for being such a wiener in high school. After a few weeks of stopping by for my morning latte, I asked her out. She was funny, kind, quick-witted, and yes, I noticed I couldn't help it as beautiful as ever. We've been together for a year, and she is the love of my life. I love her with all my heart. I love her children, and I've become a father figure to them both. I asked her to marry me and told her I'd like to adopt her kids. She accepted and we were both very excited for the future. But Beth did not take this news well. She has been blasting Allison to all of our old friends, some that I had hoped to make groomsmen. Things like Allison is using me for money, which she's not.

She received a large insurance settlement after her husband's passing.
