6. Well, I'm either getting better, or this is a brief break. I'll take it either way. Today I talk about a realization I had last week: I've actually been......really depressed lately. Sometimes I'm so focused on getting through each day that it takes a lightbulb moment for me to realize that things have gotten bad again - and once I do, I have to start to pull myself out of it. This episode is all about my actionable tips for getting out of a funk. I'm only sharing what has *actually* worked for me. 0:16.7	because I still have not been able to figure out how to mix the audio, no matter how many times I stare at the audacity app on my laptop in confusion, no matter how many YouTube videos I watch.

0:55.8	week other than the day that this episode is going live is the start of my last week living alone
1:01.8	before Matt comes home for good. So it's my last week living alone. On Saturday, I'm going down to
1:07.1	Dallas for 10 days. I'm going to be there for the last two home games of the season and also
1:11.6	Matt's birthday actually, Gemini King. And then I'll be coming back up to Arlington and a few days
1:16.7	later, Matthew is coming back up for good because that's the end of the season until next year.
1:21.4	And I'm really excited to have him back. The time has, I was going to say the time has flown. In moments, it feels like the time is flying,
1:29.3	and then in moments it feels like I've been living alone forever and I just can't wait for it to be over.
1:33.7	I do think I've made the most of this era in my life, but I can't lie. I'm really excited to have him back.
1:41.2	All of my life updates are mental health related, and that's what we're talking about
1:44.3	today. So I'm going to save it. Instead, I'll just tell you what I'm working on and what I'm proud of for this
