That whole thing with Cross is just wild and there's just more and more layers added to it.

And, you know, I obviously have followed some of the media that's surrounding it.

This is like off season for me, so I have time.

So I'm listening to more people and seeing more shit.

I heard JD's whole thing where he's talking about it.

And what was it? It was him saying on the

Sam Roberts where they threw a contract at him and was like, yeah, you got 24 hours to sign it.

Think, you know what? That was a weird thing too, because I saw his response to it too. And he just

kind of wanted to look it over. Like everything that he said about that didn't seem

unreasonable it seemed like i just want to look at the contract i want to have my agent look at the

contract that's too much time kid it's like all right he's a once again by the way too like what

makes this so weird at least in my mind is when they're handling this shit with somebody like a cross,

right?

Whatever you think of him personally, whatever you think of him as a performer, that doesn't

matter to me.

In that moment, this isn't like a 22-year-old kid that you're bringing into NXT where

you're just like, no, just sign it, you know, take whatever you can. This is just your big opportunity. It's like, this is a middle age guy. Right. It's a 40-year-old man. Like, it's like, oh, what do you want to read the contract over? It's like, what are you responsible adult? adult? Enter heading into the second half of your life.

If you want to know what you're doing with your job and life and career, it's like,

Right.

Yes.

That's what made it even weird to me, which, which like I'm really hoping at the end of all

of this, we come out of the other end of the tunnel.
