Guys, allow me to reintroduce myself, what I mean by that is I lost myself, I lost a lot

of things over the last three years, I moved to California, moved three thousand miles

away to reinvent myself to become somebody else.

I did that, my life in LA in Santa Monica was like fantasy camp, it was like a movie

for ten and a half years, 2020 happened, COVID hit and just to do a quick recap, what happened

was we used to live in this beautiful building, penthouse on the beach, a lot of people who

live in our building never leave, people have been there 20, 30, 40 years and if I told

you what they're paying for rent on the beach in Santa Monica, because it's a rent control

building, you would want to jump off the roof of your building because it's insane, what

I was paying versus what they were paying, so my friends that have been there 30, 40 years

on the beach in Santa Monica with the view of the sunset that will blow your mind every

single night, anyway, 2020 happens, we have Bronx and Brooklyn, we have two dogs, we're

in this building, I don't need to explain to you guys how insane life was, how insane

the world was, all kinds of craziness, mandates, lockdowns, nonsense, bullshit.

And so what happened was we decided we got to get out of this building, but we're not leaving

Santa Monica, Venice area, we're going to stay here, Marina Del Rey, whatever we look

around for months and months and months, we looked around for up until November and we

tried, we went in and you know, we have friends down in Orange County, my good friend,
