What's going on from Switzerland?

I'm super excited to do this podcast, guys.

I'm going to talk to you about six ways to hold yourself accountable and crush your goals

this year.

And I know this is actually my second podcast already of the year.

I am so mad at you this year, but I tell you what, I promise you I would be doing podcast

every single Monday.

And I am justyly and I am committed.

So I really feel like I've been on a mission, you know, to help you guys.

I feel like I am on a mission to motivate and support.

And I feel like entrepreneurs overall are on that same mission to motivate and support

their teams while still holding them accountable.

And that's to help them be successful.

So the interesting thing though is I have to tell you something.

If you cannot hold yourself accountable, you cannot hold others accountable.

And I want to explain that almost like a credit score.

Because I would suspect that if you are having a hard time being influential, if you are

listening to this podcast and you're having a hard time finding recruits, if you are somebody

who's having a hard time finding people to sell to, I want you to kind of look internal

right now and you don't have to be honest with me, just be honest with yourself.
