I'm calling to find out if our plan is possible. My fiance and I want to retire within the next five to seven years.

I can't, I don't recommend that as a life decision.

I don't think that's going to make you as happy as you think it is.

Now, if you want to travel a lot while you have something that you actually do that contributes to your life and contributes to things, that's fine too. But I wouldn't do nothing but travel unless you said I'm going to do that for two years or something like that. That's fine. But to have that to be your only plan for 30 years is pretty shallow. And I can't recommend that. I don't think it's going to make you as happy as you think it is that I'm just going to tell you anyway let's

So I have 45,000 in my 401. I've got 10,000 in a high yield savings, 10,000 a brokerage account,

I've got 50,000 in cash, I've got $50,000 in cash.

I've got a rental property that's paid off.

Right now I only have about $45,000 in debt.
