and went into the basement to light the furnace.

He went up and down the stairs a few times over an hour before sitting at the table to eat. I overheard him calling a friend, asking them to come by with a wrench. I grabbed the socket with the 3-8-bit and quickly sneaked downstairs. Fuel's been out for a couple hours at most.

Long story short, I bled the line intermittently in between light ignitions until she ran clear.
