We are joining you today post hurricane Florence and we thought we would just do a mini little update on how we are doing. We've gotten so many email and Facebook shout outs from wall.

We really, really appreciate it. And we thought we would just check in with you guys and to use them update.

Yeah, we will. And and please bear with us.

It don't send us an email about the quality of this recording because we're damn lucky to have a cell phone that works at the moment and it may not.

Who knows.

So, keep going in and out.

Everybody keeps going in and out. My power keeps turning off and on. The hurricane has finally passed, but the after effects have not true.

Absolutely true. You know, Samantha and thinking about recording this podcast for folks today. Lots and lots of things went through my mind. You know, I had a discussion with granny Jean the palm reader sometimes who knows what day it was.

And she said, well, you know, there's some kind of spiritual and cosmic reason for this.

And I will not say on air what the two words were I said to her because you know as we all know, depth doesn't say words like that.

Could they have been.

But I was not in a place to hear what to me at that point in time was some kind of spiritual cosmic crap because I was dealing with mold and water and salt and junk.

And I was a feeling very cosmic at all. And I'm still not in some ways. And in other ways, I am beyond spiritually connected.

So I ride this roller coaster of emotion over the past however many years it's been to the last Thursday. You know.

Yeah, yeah. I don't know. You just do. I thought we could start just by discussing if you wanted to those should I stay or should I go quandary that pops up whenever you're faced with a dilemma like this.

Yeah. There's so much backlash on on social media about people who chose to stay and people who chose to evacuate.

And I know this has nothing to do with being psychic or spiritual, but hopefully it'll just I don't know help people to not be so judgment not that I was in our judgment.

But I was just surprised at the lack of support given to people who chose to stay or chose to leave. It was a very black or white argument going on.

And I found it really difficult personally to make that decision myself because the meteorologist couldn't project where the storm was going to go.

I read some reports that that Florence was 400 miles wide. Did you read that too?

You know, the National Oceanographic and Aronotic Administration Noah, the National Hurricane Center, is in the process now of compiling the data for the storm.

And it will be some weeks before we get their report. And when we do we will get that kind of information. The storm was wider across the state of North Carolina.
