I was remembering 23 years ago when we started Gun Talk radio people say are you going to a

hunting show no we're not doing a hunting show it's a gun show right there was no

there were no gun shows or no gun radio shows there were no anything's really I mean they had some gun

magazines but that was it.

I said yeah what would talk about hunting in context with shooting but shooting is the focus.

Guns are the focus.

Of course, the world caught up after a while, and that's what we do here.

So sometimes we're talking about guns and shooting in conjunction with hunting, but it's not really a hunting show if you will.

A few weeks ago, I went back to the FTW Ranch in the Hill Country of Texas, had a great time.

It's kind of abbreviated course we did with folks from Ruger shooting some long range

and doing some of their Sam course, Hunter Prep course.
