That's a good question. I think when I was younger, I had a really big interest in architecture and construction.

I didn't really care so much for entrepreneurship

or residential real estate, but I really really loved architecture.

As I got older, I did learn though that architects

don't make very much money, and I didn't really want to go to school,

and I didn't want to work for somebody else.

So I was okay, well, what else could I do?

I ended up getting more interested in business and then I learned about like, okay, well, rehabbing house, this seems really fun, but that requires money. And I was okay,
