Good afternoon, everyone. It's Dr. Nigro again. Our next episode of Psychology Unplugged.

Another fun week of talking with so many people across the globe.

Truly an honor and a pleasure to be able to interact with you guys.

Everybody is always so surprised when I answer my phone or return a phone call.

That's why I give my number out or

contact me through email or text messages. I really, really enjoy this and I really appreciate

all of the positive comments and the positive impact that it's having on so many people as I

try my best to demystify mental health,

legitimize mental health, because again, as I've said in so many different episodes,

any psychiatric condition, it doesn't have a face. It doesn't have something very concrete.

So again, a true honor and a privilege to be able to do this and just completely grateful to God for how many

followers that we have and my gratitude so as you know this is a very organic

topic for those of guys who follow the program.

And I usually, at the time I set everything up at the kitchen island and get the computer going, I sit and like, what do I want to talk about?

I'm going to revisit something that was a pretty common topic from a lot of my conversations

this past week with a variety of people across the globe.

So this tells me this is more of a really a universal issue.

I'm titling this topic, The Hunter of Invisible Game.

That is actually a title of a Bruce Springsteen song,

which is an incredible song and lyric-wise and also the video that he did with it.
