The race is on. And just like buses, you wait months for a Grand Prix and then three come along at once. This opening triptych of races have all looked relatively similar with Mercedes winning. All three of them, it's looking like an ominously silver

arrow season, but is there any hope for the rest? I'm Ed Straw and joining me to look back at

the Hungarian Grand Prix and what it means for the rest of the season, Mark Hughes and Scott Mitchell.

Mark, last time we heard of me on the podcast, we were worried about you ending up in jail.

So have you kept out of Hungarian jail?

Yes, so far.

I've only got to last tonight and tomorrow morning,

and then I should be making good my escape.

Hopefully not from jail.

That's a good choice of words.

So, yeah, today, you talked about any hope for the others.

It sort of give a depressing picture, but I think there is hope of a better contest than we had, let's say.

But yeah, it's very difficult to look beyond one of the two Mercedes drivers, isn't it, for the

seasonal honours.

Obviously, in the battle between those two strong as Valtteri Bottas is, and this is another

decent performance, certainly in qualifying to get so close to Hamilton after struggling a bit. So yeah, you feel like it's heading Hamilton

wards, but we'll get into some of the performance trends we've seen. We've also got Scott

Mitchell. Now, it's going to be whispering Scott Mitchell, I should call you today, because

you're having to be slightly subdued to avoid causing problems in your in your domestic arrangements. Yeah,

that's right, Ed. I'm in this, I think as Marks described it, I'm in smooth jazz mode. So
